We are so happy with the work that JLR did on our bathroom. What started out as new fixtures and tiling ended up being a much bigger project once we saw some of the hidden issues under the floorboards. We ended up needing to replace all of our pipes and I’m so glad they brought that to our attention before refinishing everything and fixed it. We were very impressed with Will‘s attention to detail and Juan made sure that we were happy with everything throughout the process. I would absolutely hire them if we needed to do another house project.

After some significant water damage and mitigation, I contact JLR Construction to enlist their help in restoring my floors, drywall, and cabinetry. They are the ultimate professionals and completed a rather large job in 2.5 days. Would definitely recommend, and will use their services in the future.

We chose JLR Construction Inc. to do a partial bathroom remodel. We had talked to about 30 other contractors and met with a few. The difference was when JLR came to do an estimate. That is when we met Juan, the boss. He listened, he understood, he had creative ideas, he encouraged. We immediately felt he and his company are trustworthy. The job was not an easy one. We live in an old house that has old house issues. Juan and his very able crew were amazing. Especially Mel and Wil. Just great! They came each day as planned and with minimum disruption to the household, they did the bathroom remodel, taking out an old leaky fiberglass tub and installing a shower. At the end of each day they cleaned everything, so it was easy to go about our normal lives. Each day Juan came to check on what his crew was doing. He was involved in every step of the work. And he would always be sure and update alus as to what the status of the job was. He is truly someone who understands every level of home construction and cares about the people that he is working for. Juan was easy to reach if there were questions if concerns and he always has a solution. They gave us a very fair price for the job, and despite some interesting issues that were identified and had to be worked around, they finished on time. We would go to Juan and JLR Construction for any of our home needs they were fantastic.

Juan and his team came through for me when I had water leaking through the wall in a lower level bathroom. They found the source of the leak (a cracked pipe draining water from the kitchen above), repaired it, and then fixed the bathroom so you'd never have known it had happened - including insulation, drywall, vanity installation, and painting. I couldn't be more pleased with the work, and on top of that, Juan was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was timely, friendly, honest, communicative, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely hire JLR Construction again.
